We are a referral and matching service for workplace vending in Melbourne and regional Victoria. In many cases the machine itself is supplied, installed, stocked and serviced by an independent partner — an owner-operator, vending supplier or importer — and not by us.

Information you provide in a request, qualification or contact form (including your name, business name, site address, contact details, staff numbers and product preferences) is collected so that a vending machine can be matched to your site. That information is disclosed to one or more of the following third parties:

• partner vending owner-operators servicing your suburb or region;
• vending machine suppliers, distributors and importers;
• our related businesses within the Vending Machines Australia / Auto Vending Solutions Group; and
• service providers that host our forms, CRM, email and analytics.

By submitting a form you consent to that disclosure and to being contacted by those parties about your enquiry. Once your details have been passed to a partner, that partner handles your information under its own privacy practices and is responsible for its own communications with you. Submitting a request form does not create a contract and does not entitle you to a vending machine. We do not guarantee that any partner operator, supplier or importer will contact you, quote, offer, approve, deliver, install or continue to service a machine at your site. Every placement is at the sole discretion of the partner that would service it.

Machine availability, model, capacity, product range, pricing to end users, install timeframes and ongoing service levels are set by the supplying partner and may change without notice.

References on this site to "$0 COST", "free" or "no cost" vending machine hire mean that the supplying partner does not charge a purchase price, lease fee or rental fee for a machine placed under its standard placement arrangement. The offer is subject to site suitability and partner approval, and it typically requires that:

• the site is in a serviceable part of Melbourne or Victoria;
• the site has sufficient daily foot traffic or staff numbers to support restocking;
• you provide a suitable, safe, level indoor location with continuous, unmetered access to mains power at your cost;
• you provide reasonable access for delivery, installation, restocking and servicing; and
• you keep the machine in the agreed location, powered on, and do not modify, move, sublet, sell or encumber it.

Sites that do not meet a partner's criteria may be declined, offered different terms, or offered a purchase, lease or profit-share arrangement instead. Power usage, and any damage, loss or theft occurring at your site, are your responsibility unless your agreement with the supplying partner says otherwise.

Any placement, hire, service or supply agreement is formed between you and the supplying partner, not with us, unless we expressly agree in writing to supply you directly. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the partner's acts, omissions, products, pricing, service standards, refunds, warranties or insurance.

Faults, refunds for failed vends, stock complaints, food safety issues and machine removal requests must be raised with the supplying partner. We will help direct you to the right contact where we can.

Content on this site — including guides, comparison tables, calculators, ROI or break-cost estimates, indicative revenue figures, machine specifications, nutrition commentary and articles — is general information only. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption, spoiled or out-of-date stock, personal injury, property damage, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of this site, from information on it, from a partner's decision not to supply a machine, or from any product, machine, installation or service provided by a partner.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force is the one published when you use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
