Ballarat, VIC
Vending Machines for Education, Universities & Campuses in Ballarat
High-traffic machines for campuses, schools, colleges and student accommodation. Placed across Ballarat and greater Victoria on a $0 COST hire basis.
The short answer
Campus vending needs high-capacity, vandal-resistant machines in high-traffic corridors, cashless payment suited to students, and a range that meets the institution's healthy-food policy. In Ballarat, placement is handled by a local VIC owner-operator: Free vending machine placement means Free Vending Machines Melbourne matches your site with a local vending machine owner-operator who supplies, installs, stocks and services the machine at no cost to your business. You provide roughly one square metre of floor space and a 240V power outlet. Melbourne workplaces with about 20+ staff on site or 50+ daily visitors typically qualify, and the machine is removed free of charge if the site doesn't suit either party — a placed machine does need to make sales to stay.

Education & Campuses vending questions — Ballarat
Is vending machine hire free for education & campuses sites in Ballarat?
Yes. Under $0 COST hire there is no purchase price, lease, rental, insurance or service fee. A local VIC owner-operator supplies, delivers, installs, stocks and services the machine and earns from product sales. Your site provides roughly one square metre of floor space and a standard 240V outlet.
How many staff does a Ballarat site need to qualify?
Sites from about 15–20 staff, students or daily visitors typically qualify. Quieter sites often still qualify where foot traffic is concentrated — a education & campuses venue with public or shift traffic can carry a machine on fewer permanent staff.
Which parts of Ballarat do you cover?
We place machines across Ballarat Central, Wendouree, Delacombe, Alfredton and surrounding VIC suburbs including Ballarat East, Mount Clear, Miners Rest. Restocking runs are planned around your access hours.
What does the machine cost to run?
Electricity only. A refrigerated combo or smart fridge draws roughly 1.2–2.5 kWh a day, which is about $0.35–$0.80 depending on your Victoria tariff. There is no other ongoing cost to the site.
What happens if the machine does not suit our site?
It is removed free of charge, with no lock-in contract and no exit fee. The honest caveat is that a placed machine has to make sales to stay — if the site is too quiet for either party, we take it back and there is nothing to pay.
